Grab your leg warmers or brightest coloured clothes – clear some space in your lounge room and get ready to rock out with me.

Yoga – Pilates – Aerobics – and my own special something something – it’s so special it doesn’t have a name 🙂

You can chose camera on or off but let’s move our bodies, have some fun and party like its 1999.

80’s/90’s awesome sauce mega yoga,pilates,aerobics, dance party

It’s the mega party to kick start 2019 with a bang. A combination of yoga, pilates, old skool aerobics, some choreographed danced moves (that you’ll pick up easily).

This is the event we’ve been waiting for – the trilogy of the last two events held at Semi Pro Brewing Co, and yes they’re hosting us again and it is going to be RAD!

So grab your leotards and leg warmers coz this event is dress up my friends, and there is even a prize for best dressed.

Time: 10:15-11:30

Dress Code: 80’s or 90’s awesomeness

Where: Semi Pro Brewing Co – 69 Manilla Street East Brisbane.

Cost: $30

(includes – a rockin 80’s/90’s fitness party. I’ll provide the moves you just need to show up smile, follow along, and add your own flare. A take home memorabilia for all guests. A small magnificent beer from Semi-Pro. A cheese & fruit platter to finish. A whole load of fun).

No yoga, pilates, dance experience required. This is a super fun event for all ages and fitness levels. Do a little or do it all, it is up to you.

Sorry no refunds for the event but you are welcome to transfer your ticket in the super sad occurence that you are unable to attend.


Mix it up

When it comes to exercise it is important to mix it up!

While I strongly advocate for finding a style of exercise that you love (or you simply will not exercise if you don’t enjoy it) you need to vary things from time to time.

You see our bodies, much like our minds need to be challenged or they become complacent.

Have you ever noticed that let’s say you start a new form of exercise and your weight changes or your body changes with great results straight away, then after some time you plateau.

This happens, that’s why it is important to mix it up!

Shock your body, challenge your mind.  Try something new or slightly vary what you do.

There are so many ways to be creative and we are so fortunate to have YouTube at our fingertips so we can be creative in the comfort of our own home.

Seriously the other day I danced around my room and had the most amounts of fun, got my heart rate up, and had a bonus ab work out as I was laughing at myself so much.

It’s great therapy.
