A vinyasa flow; incorporating a warm up, foundational yoga postures, breath techniques and of course our favourite – relaxation.  Classes will vary from basic to a more challenging and energetic practice.  Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Mat Pilates Classes where we work on building core strength,  increasing mobility, stretching, and strengthening. A great feel good class suitable for all ages and levels.

Corporate wellness

SERVICES OFFERED

In-house yoga, pilates, stretching/mobility classes 
Duration:45 mins
Cost: $120 per class (up to ten people)
Classes will be held weekly in 6 week blocks.
Location: In office premises or a local park.
Mats are provided.
Corporate wellness session (one off)
Duration: 90 minutes
Cost:$180
Particpants up to 10 people
Session will include a discussion on topics such as work/life balance, dealing with stress, mindfullness, how to stay calm and slow down when we lead such busy lives.
Physical movement can include, stretching, meditation, breath techniques, yoga or pilates.
Corporate wellness sessions
Duration: 4 x 60 min sessions
Costs: $140 per class
Particpants up to 10 people
Session as above will include a discussion on topics such as work/life balance, dealing with stress, mindfullness, how to stay calm and slow down when we lead such busy lives.
Physical movement can include, stretching, meditation, breath techniques, yoga or pilates
Focus on a different topic or exercise/movement each session.

Private Sessions

A one-on-one yoga or pilates 1 hour class to allow you to get the most out of your practice.
